I have purchase free hold residential land from cloniser in sitapur road lucknow at 7 years ago and having registry of the said land due to dispute of partner among the cloniser one partner taking the boundry wall of my purchase land the said partner is leader of union of farmer what can legal steps to remove the said property please suggest me.

Do you have the free hold deed or any document of the said plotted area.
Who registered the plot in your name ? whether the farmer directly did the registry or the coloniser did the registry in you favor ?
If your ownership is clear from the documents us possess and you have been the owner for the past 7 years than you don't need to worry at all. you will get your entire land back and non one whosoever can grab your land.
