Property broker forcing us to sell our land what can we do

a property broker is forcing us to sell our land though we do not want to sell it, he is a worker in vishwa hindu parishad and used force to beat our labour, he bribes the policemen so that no action is taken against him, he also paid some sc/st to file fake cases against us under the harijan act, though we never did anything unlawful but he's blackmailing us and certain goons blackmail us on phone, he also constructed a shed on our land and though the police dismantled it he built it again and his goons stay there in the shed on our land,we want to file a strong case against him,please advice
You are having two options. One, you can file a civil suit for mandatory and temporary injunction praying that the broker is interfering in your possession and has also raised construction . You can also pray that during the pendency of the suit the broker may not enter on your property.
Secondly, Simultaneously you can file criminal complaint for house tresspass and for crimimal intimidation. If you will file both these cases your problem would be solved.
