Property adjoining very nearby can i use common path to drain water

If I have my home inside & infront there are some another home do i have the right to drain out water thru the common path if yes how will i do this if another person is not allowing to do that?

Your easement right and common passage will be demarcated as per your sale deed and site plan. If your adjacent owner occupying the same then you can file a suit for declaration and easement right in civil court.

It will depend on the nature of usage of the common thoroughfare. If it has been used solely for walking purposes only then you can not construct a drain.
So it depends on the nature of common path so far as it's usage for all these years is concerned.

Dear client, you can use, but for that you have to take perkussioj from your municipality. So write a letter to the Chairman of Municipality, then you can use that passage for drain.You can contact me also. If you have ajy doubt.
