Property acquired by uncle. Succession certificate delayed. What to do

I used to stay outstation for my job. My parental property in Rajasthan was taken over by uncle. I was adopted by my father with property adoption deed. Now the court is delaying the succession certificate. What can i do now?
If the matter is delayed for a very long time, then you can file a Writ Petition under Section 227 of the Indian consititution thereby seeking directions from the court that the case should be dispossed of within __ many days.
