Property acquired by taking advantage of husband and wife dispute

Wife has threaten to take half of the property due to conflicts between husband and wife. Sister suggested to make gift deed of house on her name which she assured to return after conflict resolution. But after 3 years she refuse to keep her promise. she has all papers and searching for customer to sell this house. How can I stop her and get back this property. There was affadavit done saying she can not sell this house without my written consent but that document she stolen. Pls. suggest

first of all, you will have to file criminal case against your sister for stealing your document and attempt to sell your property.
then, you will have to file civil case against her so as she can not sell the house.
after filing of the criminal and civil case, you will have to publish "Notice" in newspapers about the dispute and inform the public.
