Procedure to transfer flat in the co operative housing society

My mothers flat has been transfered to my sister in laws name by my elder brother after my mothers death. now even my brother has died.and the flat is on his wife's name in the society but it is still on my mothers name in municipality and all documents are still on my mothers name in municipality.can i being the son transfer it to my name.the society has transfered the flat on my sis in laws name.Kindly advice We are christian in religion.

Flat in Ur sis in-laws name transferred during life time of Ur mother ..If nt on wht basis name got transferred...Is der any will of Ur mother ..Where in bequest of flat has been made..Was Ur sis in law nominee of Ur mother ... Without proper facts it would b inappropriate to ans Ur query.

As per your query ,the flat is on your mothers name ,and she is no more now .Now you have to do the legal heir affidavit of all the legal heirs including your sister in law too ,as her husband is legal heir .And this affidavit submit in the society and muncipal office ,transfer the society share.
