One property has my father and mother as joint owner- Whats documents i need to get it transferred to only my mother name? 2. One property is only on my fathers name- what documents i need to get it transferred to my mother name? 3. one of sister is married, so does she still part of the class 1 heir for documentation? 4. we have some agricultural land in village of uttar-pradesh . what documents would be required for my mother to claim her part in the agricultural land as "My father had two more brothers" I have read few places that succession certificate is required but lot of places i read that succession certificate is required for movable properties. When a person died intestate without creating a will then all legal heirs inherit the property by way of succession. In your case all have equal right over the property. Succession certificate is required. Thanks & Regards.
