i have purchased a plot situated in bhandara khas. i want to make 7/12 in my own name. want to know the procedure. where shall i apply?
dear client,you have to give application to the concerned tahsildar & talathi with a copy of sale deed attached to it.Then mutation entry regarding your ownership of said plot will be taken in 7/12 extract of land.
