Procedure to get land registration done in one's name

A Land property was register in my name at sub register office by one brother out of 3 brother in 2009.ROR is in Father's name of these 3 brothers.I have applied for mutation case in 2011 & 2015.Both time it was objected by other two brother.In 2015-16 all 3 brother sell the land to another person & he has also managed to get the ROR.Now what I will do to get the Land in my Name?
1st you clear ,you said property was registered your name by one brother.then brother sale the property.my suggestion you file partition suit if in ROR your name is not there .if till your name is recorded in ROR then you can contact me because I am not clear about your case.
