Hello,
As you have clearly mentioned bank has sold it to another person. If that party is willing to sell that particular shop you can purchase from them. And if there is anything else please contact. Please feel free to contact me. Thank you.

You can ask the third party to sell it back to you. A sale deed initiated by the bank or anyone cannot be reversed. And wat were you doing when the property was seized for 20 years. Have you filed any case ??
Sir in your issue only you informed that the you have sold the property to one Doctor. Once the transfer is over, then he will become the absolute owner.
You further informed that the said property was pledged to the bank by doctor and from last twenty years it was in the custody of the Bank.
Sir once you transfer of your right, it amounts to loosing of the right over the property. Therefore you can claim back the same property. Moreover you have not disputed the Sale Transaction, nor there is a dispute arose on the property. Now the 10 years, expired, there is delay in question the ownership over the property.
Therefore your cant claim over the property. Apart from this, you claim the same, the liability of loan may fall on you. Don't take risk.
