procedure to change the name in the power of attorney

Land is suppose to be register in my father name but due to some situation it has been registered in my name and my mother's name before six month .at present i want to give all powers of the property to my mom .what's the procedure to do and explain in detail for the cases. it is possible to re-register in my mother's name and at what cost it will be done .

You have to sell your share of property to your mother's name and register the same in the registrar office to which it falls.
You have to pay the stamp duty as per State Stamp Act applicable currently and the registration fee as applicable.
