I want to buy agriculture land im maharashtra what are the paper required as a buyer Can a company buy agriculture land
the buyer and purchaser are belonging to agriculturist,
in case buyer is not a agriculturist then documents name ,aged, occupation mentioned agriculturist.
search documents i.e. 7/12 extract
8-A., map latest....
searching sub-registrar office for clearance for all documents.
in case any documents executed in this property or not to shown the 7/12 extract means buyers not mutated his/her name. therefore search report is necessary. issued by advocate.
thereafter u purchase the said property after consult as per search report
