Dear madam,
first you have to secure will executed by your father in favor of you for property mutation and you have not mentioned that whether will registered or not , if that will is registered it is good. you can give complaint to police if your brothers starts quarrel.

Will-is a document of transfer of property after the death of the person who holds the property. 1 you are three children of your father. Your father has written a will with proposals of three shares. The shares mentioned in the will of you and your brothers. If you are Hindu it will be provision in the Supreme Court ruling that daughters of the family are the share holders of the ancestors property. If it is earned property the head of the family has right to give or or transfer the property to any one. Here your father has written the will and mentioned your share in the property and therefore it is not possible to misuse the willed property. You said that your brother and sister-in-law are irritating with bad words. Therefore you may file private complaint or give complaint to the police regarding the torture. It is not necessary to fear for the misuse of the willed property.
