Procedure to add name in agreement as co-owner

We have a property already registered in my husband name and we want to add the wife name in the agreement as co-owner. Kinldy let me the procedure how e can do and under which act.
You have to file a rectification deed or an additional supplementary agreement to add wife name
If the prop is already registered the husband can also execute gift deed for 50% share in property and make Hera's co owner
