I have purchased plot 12th June 2014 and registry has been done same date at Ponta Sahib sirmour Sir give me guide line how I do all this step by step
You have to give the copy of that sale deed to the concerned halka patwari who will intimate you for date of mutation. On date of mutation of that area you have to visit that patwar circle. contact me for more details as i need few more information for this matter for detailed advise.
