Procedure in case of Parking allowed by builder but refused by society

I am Hindu . I have been allocated a stilt parking by builder under different building in same complex of 28 buildings .After the builder moved out that building formed another society and not allowing me to park my car and one of their member is parking there .When I approached builder he says that I have to sort out with that society . Please suggest how can I get my parking
Yes this issue often arises in the society and due to which you have to suffer a lot of problem. We can send a legal notice to the society describing all the details of parking area allotted to you by the builder
