Procedure for Mutation of land already sold

I bought a land in bank auction under SARFAESI act on "as is where is" basis. The registration is done in my name, but when I went for mutation I came to know that the borrower has already sold that after mortgaging it with the bank and the buyer has mutation done in his name. Another problem is they have removed boundaries completely and it is a 200sq yard piece out of one acre land, so I can not demarcate also. It seems they have done it to stop auction purchaser purposely. Bank is saying they cant help as sale was on as is where is basis. How can I get mutation done as Tehsildar is denying for that also how can I get possession.
