Mere dada ji k dwara 36 year purv banaya gaya ghar (15×40sq.ft)hai,ghar k just peeche mere chote dada ji ka bhi plot hai jo ki dada ji ne apna makaan banwane k poorv unke hisse ka plot (20×40) aapsi rajamandi se batwara kar k de diya tha. chote dada ne apne hisse k pushtaini plot par koi construction ni karwaya balki usi plot k just peeche ek 20×50sq.ft. ka ek plot kareed kar usme apne ghar ka nirmaan karwa liya.sir bhulekh dept k record me abhi humari pushtaini jameen k khasre me dadaji k pitaji ka naam mention hai aur dadaji ne batware aur Ghar banwane k baad bhi apne naam registered nii karwaya tha,mere Dada ji ki death 10 year pahle ho chuki hai aur unka death certificate hai.dadi abhi jeevit hh aur dada k Ghar ka last 36 year ka tax,36 year purani makaan ki no.plate ki receipt,electricity/waterbill(sabhi me dada ka naam hh).humar pariwar k members ka naam bhi ration card me hh,sir humare pitaji property (ghar) apne naam par kaise registered karwayein??

1) issue legal notice to your cousin for partition of the property .

2) if he refuses file suit for partition of property by meets and bound

3) you are entitled to sell your share even now but you would have to offer your cousin first right to purchase the property .

4) best is to enter into deed of family settlement / parttition so that you dont have to go to court
