Procedure and documents for mutation of property

I want to know sir, what is the procedure to greeting mutation done from the BLRO office. What are the documents needed for mutation or record.
You have to file an application under Section 15 of the West Bengal Land Reforms Act before the BL&LRO for granting mutation favour of you. And the documents needed are you title deed up to date text receipt and if you're not the person who has purchased the property then the link in which way you are related to the person
