Problem in execution of sale deed at registry office

21-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
We have a joint property 0.31acre (in three plot nos) land inherited from our ancestor. we are eight co-share holder living in that land with mother. Recently one brother want to sale his part to other brother and made sale deed which was submitted at registry office for execution but during final scrutiny it was withheld by saying that one LR plot is not available in record. In R.O.R/BLRO record shows all three plots in our father's name. What should we do now?

Although ur query is not clear with regard to relationship of Co -shareholders, but while you find the schedule plots are recorded with the office of the BL& L R O in ur father's name, u hv no bar to transfer the said property to another brother in respect of the undivided share.
On the contrary, if the said Co share holders are not under the genetic tree/ successors of ur father then plz verify the title of ur father as recorded in B.L.. & L.R.O and establish ur right acquired from absolute ownership of ur deceased father.

Your question is appears to be void and it could not be summarised in few words as because all the brothers including your mother must be the recorded owner of the property and no one sale out any share without consent of others which please note. Consult a good advocate

You can make an application showing that the said plots were inherited from your father and show how the property was given to the shareholders. You will be required to produce the death certificate, deedso of the property and relevant affidavit
