Precautions my wife must take while selling her ancestral property

My wife want to sale his ancestors property including her parental home ( including tenant) to any one with right price. In this connection I give some detail of parental home of my wife. It is independently built (including government road entrance) completely separate property from others. Neighbors are mainly brothers of my late father in law. I also like to inform you that family of late father in law well known in the area and hold some influence as I believe ( basically these people are shop owners different kind in local market live in more than 50 years and know or involve some political party also.) 7. What are the precaution my wife must follow in these process to avoid any harassment (both physical and mental) ,delay from relative, neighbors, tenant?

If your wife wants to sell her parental home and if she is the sole owner in respect of the said property then there could not be any problems in selling the said property but however if she is the joint owner in respect of the said property then she could not sale it without joining other co sharers .
