Hi, 20yrs back my father purchase a porperty on power of attorney and he add name of my mom and my brother on that POA,and also on DEED, at that time i was 10yr old, now my mom passed away and my brother do not adding my name on power of attorney so please tell me the solution how can i add my name. 1) Is PoA have validity 2. Can i sign i affidavit from my brother that same property is on both names without adding my name in poa. please tell me can it work above points. or please tell me alternative solutions thank you

You should file suit for partition, or should file suit for declaration that your are also owner of that property. Then your brotjerbhave to prove how he is only beneficiary of that property which your father had purchased.
