Possible actions after judgement passed against us in District Court

Sir, I in 2007 due to financial crises sold my house for which i have accepted the token amount and signed on the agreement paper. The sell deed was to be done after 10 months.But on the 6th month i requested the Buyer to take his token money with interest as i dont want to sell my property. But the Buyer filled a case as i didnt turned up for registry of my house as he wanted to buy the house. My lawyer tried to defend us by trying to prove that we didnt actually wanted to sell our property instead we took a hand-loan due to poor financial condition and for my child education at that time(2007). Our property was Mortgage due to housing loan. We were ready to return the token with interest. But unfortunately we lost 2 days back after fighting for 10yrs. Pls kindly suggest me what are the possible way now for me and how can i get my house back. And if have to sold my house according to Judgement, then should i will get the rate at which i sold in 2007 or at the current property rate.

I understand that the order against you is been passed by District Court. So, what you can do is to appeal the order in superior court and defend your case, and there could be chances that you may win. Since there is a limited information, I cannot guide you much.
