Possession of property by paternal family members how to claim share

20-May-2023 (In Property Law)
My father was operating a restaurant which was built on railway property & he was paying all the tax fine asked by municipality & railway authority & by IT department he had been issued TIN number Licensed to carry on restaurant by municipal corporation. After his death the property was acquired by my uncles and their children not allowing my mother & me to enter the premises and earn it.We are not HUF and their is no will about that property neither the family live toghther they were all having their own profession and we have been separated by consensus of our grandmother in 1990 when she was alive.the reason put by uncle is that it's belong to them and asking us to go court for claiming the property. What can I do so that for the time being if the matter get in court the Restaurtant should be shut down so that they cannot earn from that business and what are the legal way to get my property back under my control.

You will have to collect the relevant documents supporting your claim over the said property. After that you can lodge a police complaint for trespass against your uncle followed by a civil declaration suit in the jurisdictional civil court.
