Take the following steps:
1) Quash the FIR which is filed against you.
2) File a police complaint against the persons who tried to dispossess you. Wait for 3 - 4 days. If within those 3 - 4 days, the police does not lodge an FIR against them, file an application under section 156(3) CrPC before the Metropolitan Magistrate.
3) File a civil suit for declaration, mandatory and permanent injunction against the persons who tried to dispossess you. Along with the suit, also file an application for temporary injunction. (You have not mentioned the nature of the civil suit you have filed. I hope it's this one only)
*The strength of your case depends upon the documents of the property you possess.
