Plots granted by Panchayat but now refusing to deliver

We have an allotted a plot in since 1984 by Gram Panchayat. But long period in 2000.Gram Panchayat said that these pattas are froud and occupied by Gram Panchayat. Now in those days all patta holders are living. But have no polt there . I have been applied my time but they do not gave right answer . pls tall me what can I do?
you may file a civil suit for declaration you as an owner of the property. But before going to file a civil suit u should file rti application and get all the record from gram panchayat. Once, you get all the relevant documents which establish your right and claim, u will be able to put forth your claim and your case properly before civil court.
