Planning to buy property but papers say case is pending civil court

I have seen a property would like to buy it. But OC has foot note which state that " This OC is granted subject to pending regular civil suit no. 121/2014& special suit no in Hon civil court. The court order shall be binding " Is there risk in buying such property please advice.
The note means that the property is disputed and subject matter pertaining to the property is pending before the Court . So we do not suggest you to buy or invest in the property
