HI.. I want to buy 67 sq.yr house in gondal-360311. having 1 living room, kichen , toilet, bathroom, wash area on the ground floor with parking, and 2 bed rooms on the first floor. The builder says they can do the document of land only. the construction plan is to be approved by our self. the construction is already done and ready for possession. should i buy this property or not.? can construction plan be approved after the construction done.?? I want home .loan so all this is required for that? What should i DO?? Plz help me.. thanks

Visit the nearest Axis Bank with copy of your property documents. This bank is not creating delays and approves loan applications in lesser time. Original will be stamped or kept as security documents. Try it with nearest branch of the bank

Hi,
You need to get it cleared by the minicipal authorities whether you need to get the approval for construction of house on land measuring 67 Yards. It depend upon the local municipal committee whether approval of the site plan is necessary or not upto a permissible limit , generally in some municipal area construction of dwelling unit is permissible upto 100 Yards without any approval of site plan and you can yourself plan it .
For home loan beside your finicial statment like ITR, accounts, you need to check whether the land will be registered and mutated in your favour or not , as registery and mutation are must for getting loan .
