PG not refunding my pre booking amount and increasing rent

I was searching for a PG to stay in Pune and found a site zolostays.com on 17th July 2017 where I found a PG for 4500/- rent per month. They contacted me same day and told me to register and pre book the room by paying 1000/- online through their site as I was coming to visit on 19th July. They told me I can check out the room first on 19th and if I don't like it they will refund all the amount. But when I got to their property they confirmed the room beforehand without notifying me and increased the rent to 4850/- and also increased the deposit. And now they are refusing to refund my 1000/- back as the bed was already allocated. Been calling them for 3 days and they are not giving me back my pre booking amount. What can I do? In this case you need to look upon the terms of agreement. However you can also file a complaint in the consumer forum for deficiency of services and you can also file a recovery suit in the court of civil jurisdiction under the provisions of civil procedure code.
