First specify the person and in what capacity he is residing in your property . If the person mentioned is residing illegally then you can ask the local police to evict or you can approach the local S.D.M. for the order.

If he is residing there then you have to file a suit for eviction and when you get order in your favour and the matter is decreed then you are able to enjoy your property. You can ask for arrears of rent which he has not paid. Revert me. All the best.

You would have to file a suit for declaration and injunction before the concerned court. You would have to show how and when he came into possession thereof and you should have the necessary documents to show your ownership and entitlement to the said property.

Sir/madam, depending on the capacity in which the person is occupying your property you may file an appropriate suit. For example if he is a tenant in the property you may institute a suit for eviction before the court having jurisdiction. The exact recourse to be adopted can be decided only after knowing all relevant details

Your question is not clear. Person living in property is ur tenant, family member or unauthorised occupant? Since how long has he been living there? Whose property is it? Has that person made construction? And many other facts are required to answer your question. You may contact me through this website.
