Person forcibly wants road access on my property what can i do

13-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
We got a property in Bangalore and uncle got property next to our property but he did not have road access at that point of time, So we gave 30 ft road to that property but just on sale deed and not actual road access. we have tenant in the entire property and there is no road as of yet. it is just on sale deed. Later uncle got another property infront and he has road access to his entire property but still he wants now to use the private road access from our property. We do not want to give away 30ft. is there any way we can do something about it?

Try to talk to him and settle the matter as if he goes to court then he will get the 30ft. hence you can buy that portion from him and settle the matter. if not your uncle might contest the case and take a long time to settle.
