People trying to grab my property with false illegal way what to do

I have bought 12 kttha pond. In deed paper it is mentioned as land, but i have got mutation rocord as pond also got taxation paper in my name as pond. Some people now saying my deed is illegal as it is mentioned as land. Please note original propery character is pond. In time of registration, i though i may get mutation as land,that is why i mentioned land in deed. Pls help me, what should i do now.

Now when it is done the option is to correct the Municipality record. Apply for conversion of pond into bastu land.
It will depend on Municipality or BLLRO to do so at its own discretion depending on the user of the property for the last so many years.
