People living in parental property dont want to give share in property

Since we live in new Delhi., We have our parental property in forbesganj , Bihar . We want our share in that. Their were 7 brothers and sisters . Out of them 1 sister has passed away. The people living there do not agree to the way we want. Thus, we seek legal help from local court so that justice is made in our favour. We do not have any evidence of ownership of that property we need your advice in that matter also. Out of 3 living sisters 1 has agreed to favour us by forwarding her share to us. Kindly advice us
If the said court has ruled in your favour then you can apply to the said court for the execution of the said order/judgment. The sister who agreed to transfer her rights of the property in your name is required to register a relinquishment decree in your favour.
