Paying for any damaged caused to neighbors during house construction

Please suggest:
Law for paying for any damaged caused to my neighbors during my house construction ?
I am getting my shop cum home renovated from scratch. I am ready to pay any damage caused to my neighbour's property during this construction. But i am worried they don't apply for a "STAY" to any court during such circumstances as i don't want to get my work on hold for any reason.
Please suggest.
your querry is not very clear needs more clarification in this regard. there is no law to offer the damage cost, it shall be decided in court of law, but prior to the activity you may take few steps to avoid any untoward circumstances.

Law for awarding compensation on such damages is called Law of Torts.
Tort is a Civil Wrong for which remedy lies in an action for unliquidated damages.
You cannot stop them for filing stay application, but whether they will be granted stay order against you is another question.
Means, they can apply for stay order but if the Court is of opinion that the stay application is filed on insufficient grounds, then they will not be granted stay order against you.
