Partition suit filed one party ready to compromise other is not

Dear sir, 2 aunts jointly went for partition suit ,one aunt was compromised with us to withdraw the case . another aunt not compromissed.for her the lawyer was indirectly supporting. so please inform the procedure how can one aunt come out side from this case.
Your one aunt will have to file application under Order 23 Rule 3 therein specifying that she has compromised in the suit.
