my mother has self accquired several properties. has 3 sons. one of the son has filed a partition suit falsely seeking share. has obtained status quo even though caveats are filed. now he is making a few tenants of the landlady as defendants. is it necessary. a property sold 12 yrs ago that buyer has also been made a defendant. all property in the single name of my mother. a senior citizen. can you kindly give any citations for the tenants and old buyers not necessary to suit. also to remove status quo inspite of caveats filed.
