Dear Sir/Mam

you yourself are saying that the floor you are staying on rent is illegal then why do you want to fight the battle legally it will only harm you in future you might even have to vacate the premises and the Municipal Committee may take action against the builder. you can speak to your Landlord regarding the parking issue you are facing and if possible sort it between yourself as there is no legal remedy in this.
