Parents expired and now my brother expired sister in law asking more

My father has two sons and one daughter he was a state govt emp and he was expired in 2004. I am 2nd son to him my father job came to me & My mother was expired in 2007. I have got married and have one daughter. In May-2012 in presence of my relatives Property was shared among two sons on a white paper. We have 2 open plots each 200 SY , 1 built-up house around 150 SY. Plots are taken each one. House was segregated to 3 parts each 50 SY. Two parts given to my brother and one part was taken by me as I have the govt job. My brother was expired in 2013. Now my sister-in-law is demanding more ??

Hi, since partition was done on white paper, it is not legally binding. However since it was done in front of your relatives and more so that your brother has a greater share, if your sister in law is sensible she should accept as it is. If she is asking for greater share, it becomes advantageous to you. She cannot say since you got the compensatory job, you cannot claim property. Government gives compensatory job based on qualifications. Whereas property rights are birth rights. Birth rights are bigger than anything and hence your sister in law is foolish asking for reopening the partition.
