Parents died in accident uncle trying to take over the property

I am the only female married child of my parents who died in an accident in feb 2016,my uncles and grand mother wants to take the house,money,bank accounts and land of my parents made by them, using the help of law, How can I protect my paternal house from them.

Dear madam as per your question and situation this matter is coverd to hindu sucssetion act 1955 but you are only one successor of your father so all property right of your father vest in your favour in first shedule according to hindu sucssetion act

You can very well protect you parents property and can claim the accident compensation if available to you. For this you are to seek injunction and other remedies from the Court. You should take some quick action to get situation in control.
