Paid advance towards property but later found that it is disputed

I have bought a property in Agra for which I have given 2lac and taken 7 months time for further proceedings but at 6th month seller told me that there is already a case pending on this property añd according to the agreement I have one month left so I filed a case against seller for fraud with me. But the case is suspended because of my accident now I think my lawyer is sold with other party and the seller is selling his property to other party can we get stay order on it.
