What does legal ownership means for you??You yourself are questioning and answering when you saying that your grand mother is already in possession of a piece of land and her name entitlement is also there in revenue records what else is required for legal ownership ??So please clearly mention your query.
Dear Client having your name entered in fard does not entitle one to be the actual owner of land without the tittle deed. Fard is just another municipal record which carries details of the revenue or house tax paid by the person in possession or about Leon or mortgage. But yes fard also can be a proof that the person is having some interest in the piece of land.
