Own house occupied by others what to do

We got a house from a person as daana patta with registration on the condition after his death it belongs to us..because he has no wife and also don't want to give to his relatives as they are not taking care of him...In this situation they take their home and forcebly took another registration (forgery) without cancelling the previous one I.e ours.. Case is running in the court..is this case results favourable to us according to the situation..we are not in position now..plz help in this regards..Thanking you...
If the said case is still pending in the court of law, then you should provide all the documents supporting your claim over the title of the property along with the memo. Also, you can file an application for pre-emptive rights in case you want the possession of the same.
