Overcharged amount for the land and taxes too?what is the legal remedy

12-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
My residence carpet area on measurement is 433 sq.ft., but the building drawing plan shows my area to be 404 sq.ft.. My society bill mentions my area to be 433 sq.ft and I am paying BMC taxes for 433 sq.ft. Now, our building is going for redevelpment and my society is considering my area as per drawing plan i.e.404 sq.ft. Is it proper?

No it is not proper. when u come to notice that society bill mentioned area is 433 sq.ft. and the building drawing plan area is 404sq.ft. Ask your builder what is the actual area. u can measure the area by govt. surveyor. If u find the area ia 433 sqft then show the builder.
