Our ancestral land was taken when we were minor how to get it back

Our ancestral land ,agricultural, whole of it has gone to tiller's name when we were young n there was no one active in our family, is there any means by which i can claim my ownership as the tiller have already started selling our land n they dont even tell us the land revenue details
The property being an ancestral in nature you are the coparcenor in it you can claim the partition of the property and you can also file a suit for permanent prohibitory injunction under order 39 of the Code of civil procedure
