Other person has ownership in piece of my land, what to do ?

I have buy a land 2012 and now i m start buliding house there but somebody come and tell that i have a some piece of land and that guy have paper also i tell that guy take your land and go but he is not ready he is telling me giving the money and he is make me trouble for buliding my house in my own land what should i do?
You can take help of civil court and obtain a prohibitory injunction so that he does not interferes in your construction ever again. Now whether or not you are entitled to injunctive relief from the civil court can only be told after looking into the papers of your property. Feel free to contact any time.

Hello,
You have not posted your query in clear terms, however it seems that some person has possession over the land which is owned by you. If, that is the case then you can file a suit for eviction of unauthorised occupants, and if he has the papers for the said premises and you believe that they are forged then also you can file a case.
