Other person claiming my property with false documents, please advise

Our organisation purchased 22 kttha land in Anandpur, kolkata. But after registration done, some one came with false documents and claiming. This property belongs to Him. But after we have shown the documents. Police is not supporting us. We went to court and brought magistrate letter, even after that police is supporting him. We have all the legal documents of the land, please guide us.
you will have to write to the sp of the jurisdiction and in case nothing happens even after that you may have to file a contempt petition against the police. that will pressurise the police to swing back into action.
you may also file a title suit if the other person is trying to encroach upon your land.

If you have possession of the property purchased by you in Anandapur, please file a Title suit in appropriate Court and file an application for Injunction therein stating that some one disturbing you. In the same case after granting injunction you can seek police help for executing the Court's order.
