ORPHAN GIRLS PROPERTY OCCUPIED BY HIS UNCLES (FATHERS BROTHERS)

One Orphan Girls (father and mother died with HIV) at the age of 6. The girl also born with HIV positive after death of parents (Grand Mother and father (Mothers mother and father)look after till now. Now she is 15 years old her property share occupied by her uncles forcibly (Father's Brothers) (which Registered on the name of Grand mother (Fathers mother) now she is helpless and her guardians also now 70 year old) they are not able to look after. Now the girl no money for large a case for property what she can do now kindly help her. said property located in Begumpet Hyderabad.
For acquiring share in the property, the guardians will have to file suit for partition and alongwith also file application for temporary injunction thereby seeking stay on the property that the uncle cannot sell, transfer or create third party interest.
With respect to maintenance, the guardian can get the money from the property and other then that, you can contact NGO which works in field of HIV who can provide her assistance and help
