Sir, We have ancestral lands in Jharkhand which is in name of our grandfather's grandfather. One of grandfather's brother's son is selling our share without our knowledge. His father who is no more have already sold their share. What we can do to stop this

in order to stop so you need to immediately file a partition suit and get your share seperated this will stop them from any further selling and you shall get your share .
