One of the farmer proclaims part of my property showing old documents

I have a plot which is on a farmer's / agricultural land (not a agricultural land anymore) one of the farmer proclaims to the court that it's his plot he doesn't has any legal documents of the plot but only has a very old paper in which his name is written however I have all the legal documents of the plot the court has kept stay on my property on behalf of his paper so how could I get rid of this obligation by the court?pls help
Contest fpr your justice ....find a good lawyer and show to the court that the owner of the plot is names you and not that farmer...also write an application for checking the autheniticity of the docuements
