On buying DDA flat municipal corporation number is allotted or not

when a plot is purchased from govt. DDA can i know does DDA/ MCD provide municipal corporation number, Allotment of a permanent and specific number to each individual property,
Yes DDA provide specefic number to the property allotted by it.The property in Delhi is normally allotted by DDA and then handed over to MCD.In certain unauthorised colonies which are now authorised the occupants number thier property and the same is recognised by MCD or amended by MCD.
